Hard Day Today

Today we layed to rest a dear friend. His name is Wayne Hutchins and he is the father of my best friend, Cathy Hutchins. He passed away last Thursday, January 19th from heart failure. He was a gentle giant, he was. Standing 6ft. 6 inches, and wearing a size 16 shoe, he would tower over you as if to swallow you whole. However, never would he raise hand nor voice. He will be missed, but I know now he is in Heaven with Cathy and I am sure she is pleased to have him with her. You see Cathy was taken from us 22 years ago when she was murdered by her husband and one of his friends. Tragically, never to see her beautiful son grow into a fine young man. I miss you Cathy.
